and just like that, March was gone!

we have really been enjoying the march weather (which, admittedly feels a lot like our december weather this year!) and fun weekends this month.  it helped (a lot) that The Mr. didn’t have to travel; so weekends were not necessarily crammed with every chore and errand.  so, we were able to spend a lot of time doing things like this:

then, we got to do this:

jovie was absolutely thrilled to have her own zoo map!

and was less thrilled when the bird decided to eat from her seed stick! (what you don't see is that 2 nanoseconds later; that stick -and bird- were dropped to the ground!)

we had some silliness, such as this:

and then we ended the month with jovie & The Mr. doing this:

and, of course- what you don’t see is our trip to Lake Horton.  we decided to walk/stroll the whole path (haven’t done that since i was pregnant!) and today of all days, we saw our own little menagerie.  ducks & geese that didn’t want to be fed, 2 horses that did. 2 deer, 3 caterpillars and some herons.

bring on April!
